A White Simple Boho Nursery
June 27, 2018Procrastination is my middle name. When Marley was born, I hadn’t had a chance to update our nursery. It was on my long list of to-do’s in order to prepare for her arrival. Lucky for me newborns don’t sleep in their own rooms right away and, apparently two year olds don’t either! (well get to that later.) To update our nursery, I added a DIY embroidery wreath wall, along with some pastel prints from Hobby Lobby. I was able to find an ombre macrame wall hanging from Homegoods which added the perfect amount of girly flair. We added a gorgeous white mid century modern crib from Kolcraft Kids, an incredibly comfortable organic mattress from Sealy and, finished off it all off with a large calligraphy canvas of her name, Marley Jean.
Since our nursery was pretty gender neutral to start with, we didn’t have to do much to throw this white boho nursery together. It just shows you that with classic furniture pieces you can update a nursery for an affordable price. Her room is inviting, bright, clean and simple which makes it the perfect place for us to spend our time together.
